The Special Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. Beijing/Hong Kong time (Monday, October 10, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern time). To participate in the Special Meeting, stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 24, 2022 will need the 16-digit control number included in the proxy materials delivered to such stockholder.
